Loan Terms
Loan products offered through Verbe are subject to separate Loan Agreements that govern the specific terms of each loan, including interest rates, repayment schedules, and fees. By accepting a loan offer, you agree to:
• Repay the loan as per the agreed schedule
• Maintain accurate contact information
• Promptly notify us of any material change in your financial situation
• Not use loan funds for unlawful purposes

Partner Terms
Associates and service providers in our network are subject to separate Partner Agreements. As a partner, you agree to:
• Act in the best interest of borrowers at all times
• Not charge any fees beyond those authorized by Verbe
• Maintain confidentiality of borrower information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Meet the performance standards set by Verbe

Intellectual Property
All content on the Verbe platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Verbe or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verbe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall be resolved through:
1. Good faith negotiation between the parties
2. Mediation, if negotiation fails
3. Arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, if mediation fails
The seat of arbitration shall be Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. These terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
